Shipping Information

The minimum shipping amount for any order is $5.95. Shipping charges will vary by order and are based on the total shipping weight of your order. Orders ship via several different shipping methods, including, UPS, Fed Ex USPS, and other carriers. Your actual shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping charges apply to orders shipped within the Continental USA only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will incur higher shipping charges, especially for larger quantities. You will be notified of any additional charges before your order is processed. Oversized, very large or heavy shipments will all be sent via an LTL (Less than Truck Load) carrier.

We are able to deliver to most locations in the United States. However, due to UPS and carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

We are sorry but we do not ship to international countries.

As part of our guarantee there is absolutely no markup on shipping. We strive to deliver the best products and the lowest rates with true shipping costs. You pay the exact UPS or FedEx rates. You also have the option of using your own shipping account for your orders. If you would like to have us ship your order and bill it to your account, we ask you to provide us with the carrier name and the account number when placing your order. Please note all order are subject to a minimal $5 handling fee for the entire shipment. Heavier items like ceramic mugs might have extra minimal packaging fees per box.

All Imprints2GO orders are shipped to you FOB (freight on board). Because all of our merchandise is sent factory direct, Imprints2GO is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed by common carrier, international or US Customs departments, or by 'acts of nature'. We are happy to provide you with tracking numbers so you can check in on your order as it is in transit. Imprints2GO insures all orders unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Saturday deliveries must be in the Continental US and meet the UPS Saturday delivery requirements. Saturday deliveries must be shipped UPS Red next day delivery. All Saturday deliveries will incur an additional charge. There are no Holiday deliveries available.

Please note that using Overnight or Second Day shipping does not mean that you will receive your order the next day. Delivery time is based on the time it takes to produce your item plus the shipping time.

Imprints2GO ships from multiple facilities throughout the US. If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship from different facilities. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate shipments.

Should the items be lost or damaged in transit when using third party billing, Imprints2GO is not responsible for damages incurred to the shipment. All claims or charges must be filed by you with your freight carrier. We will be happy to assist you in any way with any problems that you may encounter.
